WILD WOMAN

Hello.

at the core of every
woman is her womb.

I am here to bring woman back to their source of power. To their intuition. To their relationship to the feminine. To the generations of wisdom and intelligence that reside within our bodies, inherent and already ours!

It is quite simple: to re-empower ourselves with an endless source of energy and possibility, we must first press pause on all that we know and open ourselves to the truth that lies within us.

This requires learning to re-program our minds and our bodies by disrupting our patterns.

Each of us is capable of this! We have the opportunity and the choice to change who we are by first changing our beliefs. We can embrace a new reality in our day-to-day as we learn to tune into our bodies and to truly listen. We can invite in more peace, more goofiness, more clarity, and more wealth by creating space for our subconscious and deep internal wisdom to do its thang.

YOU HOLD EVERYTHING YOU NEED

get started

a holistic approach

the true magic of reclaiming our power and health is to come back to our circle of Being. We are no "one" thing. Nor is any other woman. We are unique in our histories, our bodies, our environments, and our desires. What we have in common is our desire to live in harmony with our full Being - our full experience of existence and the recalibration of our feminine intuition and expression. as part of this journey, we leverage different practices and modalities catered to you to best support your discovery of self-harmony, healing, and creation. You will also have access to a large, heart-centered network of contacts to support your journey.

What is it like to take the first step?

Nurture and restore

lifestyle & awareness

I begin with a lifestyle overview to understand how you interact on a daily basis including diet, wellness, stress-mitigation, work, and interactive environments. We then introduce practices and meditations to grow our awareness to the way our bodies speak to us, and the ways that the earth speaks to us.

As part of this process, we will work on understanding the phases of the bleeding cycle and how to leverage our energy at different phases to optimize performance and intuition. Depending on the depth of work, we will continue to prepare the body for further connection back to the root of your power.

unlock and delight

embodiment & practice

We then open to deeper, more energy-based work to open our conscious and subconscious to what is possible. This is the core of deep emotional breakthroughs that allow us to step in and claim the voice and truth within. Much of this story is held in our physical body, so we will incorporate somatic movement and dance

practices along with verbal expression to unlock the woman within.

connect and expand

sisterhood & creativity

Once we've regulated our nervous system and created harmony between our mind, body & spirit, we will introduce the ancient power of group ritual and the innocence of creation. We are no longer surviving - we are thriving! And from this place we tap into our place of creation (our Wombs) and listen.

What does She want to create through us? From our practices of delight and embodiment, what song or vision wants to come through our womb? As we open to this voice, we introduce the ancient transition of women in circle. It is here that we find permission to be more, to create differently. We find this through the way a sister moves her hips or through a specific song that emerges from her lips. You will be guided through practices to express what is inside of your sacred feminine while opening avenues of creation.
